Ukrainian students, academics and scientists in need of support during this difficult period can contact the House of Foreign Cooperation at ukrajina@dzs.cz.
On a special page https://www.studyin.cz/cs/ukrajina/ one can find further information, e.g. about scholarships, job offers for Ukrainian scientists in the Czech Republic, as well as other useful links for citizens of Ukraine and those who would like to help.
