CHES joins international project to measure graduate competences

The Centre for Higher Education Studies (CHES) joins a new international project called ACME (EGCompetency), which aims to develop and test a tool for measuring the competences of HEIs‘ graduates. The project is being developed as a part of the Eurograduate 2026 initiative – a large-scale pan-European survey tracking the employability of university graduates. CHES will collaborate with research institutions from Portugal, France and Germany on the project.

The topic of graduate competences is currently at the centre of attention of higher education policy and employers. This is true both for competences that fundamentally influence the employment of graduates on the labour market and for their application, for example, in civic life. CHES has been researching graduate competences for a long time and will be able to use its experience in the project.
